Come join us in supporting the work of pro-life trailblazer David Daleiden. From the time his apartment was raided in 2016 at the orders of Attorney General Kamala Harris, California law enforcement has been hounding him and his team at the Center for Medical Progress without ever looking over their claims that Planned Parenthood was violating state law. A panel of lawmakers in Sacramento even rejected the idea of auditing PP, leaving their eyes on CMP alone.

After a two-week witness and testimony period in 2019 featuring top Planned Parenthood officials, about half the charges were dropped by the judge and the remaining counts were set to be evaluated by a jury. This trial was set aside in January 2025 for a no-contest arrangement, replacing a trial with one year of speech limitations. The office of the Attorney General agreed that this probation period would end with the charges being expunged and the case dismissed. But lawyers from the abortion industry jumped in at the last minute, inserting themselves to extend the process. Come to the courthouse to show that those who expose wrongdoing will not stand alone!
