What is Court Support?
Court support is the act of standing in solidarity with pro-life advocates facing legal persecution for their witness and activism.
What does it look like?
Court Support can look like:
filling a courtroom with supporters
attending hearings
protesting and/or praying outside the courthouse
simply showing up so that no pro-life advocate stands alone
Current Court Support Efforts
RealOptions — April ‘26 - Present
The State of California is suing RealOptions Obria not because they perform the Abortion Pill Reversal protocol, but for simply advertising it.
This case raises profound questions about free speech, informed consent, and whether life-affirming medical providers will continue to face persecution for sharing information with women seeking to save the life of their baby.
We hope many members of our community will attend and bear witness to this important moment in California pro-life history.

David Daleiden from the Center for Medical Progress was being tried by the attorney general and Planned Parenthood for his undercover journalism exposing that indeed Planned Parenthood sells baby body parts.

After nearly a decade of court hearings at the San Francisco Hall of Justice, on April 1st 2026 the case was FINALLY DISMISSED!
Anastasia Rogers — Dec. ‘25 - Jun. ‘26
Anastasia Rogers from Survivors SF was a California F.A.C.E Act defendant. Ana was being tried by the attorney general for having posted a trendy video on social media featuring a Planned Parenthood escort that was alleged to be “intimidating.”
Ana was given a restraining order that prevented her from sidewalk outreach. She had a trial by jury that was a MISTRIAL as the jury overwhelmingly found her NOT GUILTY, but could not get 100% in agreeance. The District Attorney Brooke Jenkins initially planned for a retrial, but the pro-life community called and emailed her office saying this trial was a waste of city resources.
VICTORY!!!
On June 23rd 2026 Ana signed a 3-month pre-plea diversion agreement, meaning that if she is not arrested during the next 3 months, her charges will be DROPPED!
