Planned Parenthood claims the text-on-screen violates AB 1356, a 2021 law that criminally prohibits videos created with the intent to intimidate someone. The District Attorney's office has already indicated plans to request a restraining order, keeping Ana from being able to offer life-saving help to parents in need who are considering abortion.
