The 1/30 court date has been changed to 2/24

Anastasia Rogers of the organization Survivors San Francisco is being hassled for a social media post she made about sidewalk counseling. Planned Parenthood claims that it violates AB 1356, a 2021 law that criminally prohibits videos created with the intent to intimidate someone. The District Attorney's office has already indicated plans to request a restraining order, keeping Ana from being able to offer life-saving help to parents in need who are considering abortion. Come down to the Hall of Justice to support content creators doing normal, everyday community outreach!
